By Metro

Santiago Bernabéu station (line 10) is right next to the stadium. From Sol, take line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín to Tribunal (two stops) and change to line 10 towards Hospital Infanta Sofía as far as Santiago Bernabéu (four stops).

The other nearby station is Nuevos Ministerios (lines 6, 8 and 10 plus Cercanías trains), a 10-15 minute walk along the Castellana. If you’re coming from the airport, line 8 takes you to Nuevos Ministerios.

By train, bus or taxi

  • Cercanías trains: lines C3 and C4 stop at Sol and at Nuevos Ministerios, two stops apart. From there it’s a 10-15 minute walk or one stop on Metro line 10.
  • Bus: several EMT lines run up Paseo de la Castellana and stop next to the stadium, such as the 27 (Embajadores-Plaza de Castilla) or the 14. Check for diversions on match days.
  • Taxi or ride-hailing: about 15-20 minutes from the centre without traffic. On match days there are road closures around the stadium and you’ll be dropped further away.

By tuk tuk

Our 2-hour (choose the Bernabéu or Las Ventas), 3-hour, 5-hour and full-day tours ride up the Castellana and stop beside the stadium so you can see it up close and take photos. On the way you see the historic centre, the Prado, Retiro Park and Cibeles, where Real Madrid celebrates its trophies.

On match days we run private tours that end near the stadium a few hours before kick-off, as close as the road closures allow. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.

Match-day tips

  • Arrive early: the Metro and the streets around the stadium fill up a couple of hours before kick-off.
  • If Santiago Bernabéu station is packed, Nuevos Ministerios is a 10-15 minute walk away.
  • Roads around the stadium close to traffic: taxis can’t drop you at the gate.
