Madrid tuk tuk tour FAQs

Is the price per person?

No. The price is per tuk tuk and the tour is private, just for your group. There are two rates: one for groups of up to 4 people and one for 5 or 6 people.

How many people fit in a tuk tuk?

Up to 6 passengers. For safety, we can't carry more people than the vehicle holds or than the number stated in your booking.

Where does the tour start?

At Puerta del Sol, 1, next to McDonald's. If you prefer, we can pick you up at your hotel for €20 extra; ask before the tour and we'll confirm whether it's possible.

How do I book?

Click “Book” on any tour. FareHarbor, our booking platform, will open, and there you choose the tour, the number of people, the date and the time.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. You can cancel for a refund up to 12 hours before the start time. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.

Can we get off to take photos?

Yes. During the ride you can hop off the tuk tuk for photos and hop back on. If you'd like to change a stop, ask us in advance and we'll adapt the route whenever possible.

What language is the tour in?

Our drivers speak several languages. Message or call us to request yours.

Can I bring children or my dog?

Children must be with an adult. For safety we generally don't accept babies, so if you're travelling with young children, check with us before booking. We're pet-friendly too: small and medium-sized dogs are welcome.

What if it rains?

Rain or heat alone won't cancel the tour. If the weather makes the ride unsafe, we'll let you know and offer you alternatives.
