30 October to 2 November: a long weekend

Monday 2 November is a public holiday (All Saints' Day, moved from Sunday), so the weekend gets longer. Three dated events:

  • Rocío Molina, «Fall from the Sky» (flamenco): 30 October, Teatros del Canal, Sala Roja Concha Velasco.
  • MADHORROR: 30 October to 2 November at IFEMA Madrid, ticketed.
  • Circlassica: from 30 October until January 2027 at IFEMA Madrid, ticketed.

Jazz in Madrid until 30 November

JAZZMADRID26, the Madrid International Jazz Festival, runs from 2 October to 30 November across several venues. The tourist office does not list dates for each concert, so check the festival programme to choose a night. Villanos del Jazz, at Sala Villanos, also runs in October and November.

Exhibitions and long-running plans for the coming weeks

If your trip is a bit later, these are still on: Suma Flamenca (until 1 November, Teatros del Canal), the Day of the Dead altar at Casa de México (until 8 November), the Prado with Ricardo de Madrazo and the Thyssen with Kenny Scharf (both until 17 January 2027). The full list is in what to do in Madrid in November 2026.

Still to be confirmed: football and Christmas lights

We could not confirm Real Madrid's matches at the Bernabéu or the 2026 Christmas lights switch-on date in an official source. The club and LaLiga usually set the day and time a few weeks ahead, and the City Council announces the switch-on in late November. Before planning your visit around a match or the lights, check the official websites.
